Hammock Bath Warranty, Returns & Shipping


The Hammock Bath provides a 5 year manufacturers warranty against fading and cracking which could include bath replacement or repair depending on the circumstance. The Hammock Bath Company reserves the right to decide the appropriate action. The warranty for fading is void if the Hammock bath is installed outside, the cracking warranty still applies. If a Hammock Bath needs replacement then only the Bath will be provided and the customer will be required remove the existing bath and replace it with their own labour. The Hammock Bath Company does not supply any labour other than for a repair only.


Pre-order or backorders can not be refunded once the deposit has been paid. Any in stock purchase that has not been delivered can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If an order has been delivered then it can not be returned unless agreed by The Hammock Bath Company. A customer can get a full refund if the crate has not been opened or the bath removed from the crate. If the bath has been removed from the crate The Hammock bath Company can’t accept these returns.


The Hammock Bath Company will endeavor to ship the purchased goods within 14 working days of purchase and this timeframe may be effected by local public holidays. If the goods are a pre-order then once available and any balance payment has been made The Hammock Bath Company will contact the purchaser to organize an acceptable time for delivery. When the goods are delivered they can only be placed on the customers driveway and the courier will not deliver the goods inside the home or building site.
